It is very annoying with this haptic feedback on my desire HD in the lock screen.

I've installed ICS 4.0.3 and i couldn't find a way to disable haptic feedback on ICS, please help....

I hope you figured it out. but if you haven't, under settings>language and input>android keyboard (settings)> you'll find "vibrte on keypress" tick it off. and you should be fine,

Bugged me till i found the answer else where.

For Motorola RAZR Maxx:

Settings>Language and Input>Settings button under "Motorola Input">Vibrate on Keypress...uncheck box.
